Since 1978 the company is run entirely by Mario Prada's granddaughter Miuccia Prada. Prada is one of the world's biggest fashion house.
Prada also has a " little sister " tag with the name MiuMiu, which is named after the nickname MiuMiu Miuccia. This designer clothing is geared towards the younger women, while the bags used by women of all ages.
